The Recurve Crossbow is a ranged weapon capable of striking hostile creatures from afar in LEGO Fortnite. It requires arrows as ammunition to deal damage and comes in four different rarities - Common (Grey) to Epic (Purple).

Requirements

A Recurve Crossbow is crafted on the Crafting Bench. While the basic variant of this weapon can be crafted on any crafting bench, high-quality variants require bench upgrades. That is why the Epic Recurve Crossbow can only be crafted at a level 4 Crafting Bench. To use the crossbow, there should be at least one arrow in the inventory.

Recurve Crossbows can also be found inside chests lying around in the world. In addition, enemies wielding the weapon can drop it upon death which players can loot.

Uses

A Recurve Bow is ideally used to deal damage to hostile enemies from range and hunt down animals for meat. After an arrow is shot, the crossbow needs to be reloaded before it can be fired again. While the range is incredible and arrows travel at blistering speeds, each variant of a Recurve Crossbow has a set damage. Nonetheless, headshots will always deal double damage.

While the weapon has limited durability, high quality variants last longer. The weaponâ€™s damage and durability can be enhanced with the help of enchantments at an Essence Table.
