Background
A daughter of a pilot who used to drop supplies to the impoverished people of Yara, Seleste learned how to fly a plane in his early life. She build her very own plane when she was 16 and named the machine “Fenix”. The Carbonell duo, father and daughter, used to fly together, Seleste in Fenix dropping the medical supplies while his father airdropped weapons to the people of Yara. One day, the airdrop went wrong after Seleste’s father’s plane exploded by being fired upon from the ground. The debris from the plane damaged Fenix and this caused a crash landing in the jungles. This is when Libertad guerillas found a severely injured Seleste. They helped her in the recovery process and when Seleste healed completely, she retired from flying planes and began her journey as a fighter for the Libertad.
