Background
An espionage legend, Rafa Salina works as Signalis Intelligence Analyst (SIGINT). He not only became famous for disappearing after going undercover but he had the ability to memorize and decode encrypted intel faster than a computer. All of these skill sets made Rafa visible on Echelon's radar. Rafa left his previous life as a SIGINT Analyst after joining Echelons. Not even his colleagues know about what he does these days and Rafa likes it this way, he prefers working solo.
