Overview
Meltdown is a Linear-type map whose inspiration is derived from the raid Operation Iron Horse of Tom Clancy's The Division 2. This map was released at launch in XDefiant.
The XDefiant version of the Meltdown map is distinct from the source. This map is located at the United Ironworks foundry and includes key areas such as the forge and the furnace. The furnace is decorated with memorabilia from the Admiral Burger restaurant chain. Other than that, you will also find an outdoor yard blanketed in snow.
Since this is a progressive map, the area features various zones and control points that become accessible as you start capturing a few. Here is the list of Zone control objectives listing conditions when the zones become available:
