Background
De Rosa, an Afghan war veteran who was discharged from services after a roadside IED explosion took place. He was no longer with the squad he considered a family and it did not sit well with him, emotionally. After returning to Brooklyn, De Rosa got a job to work as a sanitation truck driver for the New York City Department of Sanitation. The crew he worked with felt like a new squad to him. Besides the crew, De Rosa had a husband and daughter in Brooklyn. The little family reunion and a new crew at the Sanitation department felt like home to De Rosa but this happiness was short-lived. After the Green Poison outbreak, New York City was brought to its knees and everybody in the city suddenly tossed the moral code. Murders, looting, and plundering became a common sight and amidst all the chaos, De Rosa lost his husband and daughter. No government agency could control the chaos and this is when Cleaners emerged. De Rosa joined the Cleaners as they had a plan to get rid of the virus. Suddenly, De Rosa felt a call of duty once again in life as Cleaners gave him a purpose to look forward to.
