XDefiant:Characters
Overview
In XDefiant, each faction has three characters that players can use. Each character features a unique cosmetic skin that stylizes their appearance and gives them a fresh look.
Besides the cosmetic changes, there are no advantages to picking one character over another. That is because all characters in a faction share the same two active skills, a passive trait, and the Ultra skill.
By default, each faction gets one playable character to start with, and the rest of the two can be unlocked by completing certain requirements. The unlock conditions are mostly tied to using the faction's active ability kills, and achieving a certain number of kills or destroying enemy equipment.
