XDefiant:Capture the Flag

Overview

Capture the Flag (CTF) is an Arena map-type game mode released in Season 1 of XDefiant.

Season 1 will run from July 2nd, 2024 to September 23rd, 2024. Besides the new game mode, Rainbow Six Siege faction GSK, three weapons LVOA-C, L115, and Sawed-Off Shotgun, and three maps Clubhouse, Daytona, and Rockefeller are also added to XDefiant.

Capture the Flag game mode involves picking the opponent team's flag from their base and bringing it back to yours. Whenever a player picks up the flag, they are marked with an icon. Allies will get real-time tracking of flag carriers while the enemy team will have delayed tracking.

Dropped flags have a five-second window for allies to return the flag to their base. A team wins upon scoring 4 flag captures, or if, within the 10-minute timer of the CTF match, they achieve the highest number of flag captures when time runs out.
