How to use Hunting Camps
Hunting Camps are used to hunt animals for Meat, which is a viable food source for your Settlement. Your Hunters will also get Hides, and if you build Tanneries, the Hides can be made into Leather and then turned into Shoes, with a Cobblers Workshop.
Make sure to build your Hunting Camp outside the red border of the Wild Animal area, otherwise, they may move to another location.
Unlock Developments
The following Development Nodes can be unlocked to improve and boost production from the Hunting Camps.
The Trapping Node can be brought instantly, this will allow Hunters to set traps in the forest and passively collect Meat. Unlocking Trapping will unlock the following two Development Branches - Advanced Skinning will double the amount of meat collected by hunters, and Pelt Extraction will allow hunters to collect Hides from traps in addition to meat.
