Best Xbox One Games of All Time

Eight long years after the launch of the Xbox 360, gamers around the world were finally able to welcome the new generation of gaming in 2013 with the launch of the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. The Xbox One launched to a bit of criticism, and spent much of its early days playing catch up to the more powerful PlayStation 4. The console soon ditched Kinect from the box and changed its message (thankfully) to focus on games. With that, a strong first-party lineup in 2014 saw the likes of Halo: The Master Chief Collection, Sunset Overdrive and Forza Horizon 2 look to claw back Sony’s early advantage. And with more first party titles like Quantum Break, Gears of War and Crackdown in the years to come, Microsoft still has quite a bit up its sleeve.

Xbox One gamers aren’t short of amazing titles to play on their shiny console, but knowing what stands out as the cream of the crop can be tricky. Need a little help whittling down your options? Follow our list of the top Xbox One games of all time to prop up your collection with the best of the best.
