Prey For The Gods, an action survival game which claims to combine the gameplay of Shadow of the Colossus, Deus Ex, DayZ, and BloodBorne, is wrapping up its Kickstarter funding tomorrow.

Already fully funded the team at No Matter Studios is hoping to push through some stretch goals with the help of a 12 hour Twitch steam and the support of YouTube superstar PewDiePie.

You can check out PewDiePie’s gameplay demo below, and he’s left pretty impressed.

The Twitch marathon begins this evening at 6pm BST.

“In Prey for the Gods, you play a lone hero sent to the edge of a dying world to discover the mystery behind a never-ending winter. Arriving with only the clothes on your back, you must survive the colossal dangers that you encounter. To restore balance and reclaim the land from the brink, you will be faced with questions that not even a God knows the answer to,” explains the Kickstarter blurb.

Those who haven’t been following the project may have missed the fact that PS4 and Xbox One versions are now being supported as standard, despite originally being locked behind stretch goals. This is the result of fan demand the realisation that porting the game to consoles proved less time consuming than the developer originally believed to be the case.
