Epic’s free-to-play MOBA Paragon will enter open beta on August 16 on PS4 and PC, the developer has announced. The game is currently only available to users who have paid for Early Access.

Ahead of its open launch, existing players will also get a new melee hero, Khaimera, on June 21. Khaimera is described that the game’s “first duelist” who “specializes in disrupting team fights with close-up encounters”. You can check out what he looks like in the trailer below.

If you want to get involved in Paragon now you’ll need to purchase a Founder’s Pack, with prices starting from £15.99. Alternatively, the game will be available to everyone once it launches in open beta.
