Hip Interactive, the company behind FPS hit in the making Pariah, has signed a deal with Living Dead Productions to produce a George A. Romero series of games on current and next generation platforms.

Romero’s zombie movies have been regarded as the best of their type by fans for decades, but now the horror is set to terrorise us all in an interactive form.

Arindra Singh, President and Chief Executive Officer of Hip Interactive Corp had this to say on the announcement: “Horror fans have been searching for the ultimate experience in gaming, and we intend to deliver it to them with the tremendous creative input of legendary director, George A. Romero, and Living Dead Productions. We believe this series will make an important contribution to the growth and results of our Hip Games division.”

Hip games have yet to announce details on the first game from this partnership, but details are expected soon.
