Many of us still have the Wordle bug here at Videogamer. And if you’re anything like us, guessing the answer for Wordle in as few tries as possible is serious business.

How to Play Wordle
Wordle is as easy and free to play as ever. Head over to the New York Times site and play World for yourself right now.
For those of you that have never given this daily word puzzle a try, Wordle is easy to get to grips with. The game gives you six tries to guess a five-letter word. Letters that aren’t included in the word will show up as grey when guessed. Letters that belong in the word, but are in the wrong place in the guess are in yellow. And letters that are in the right place are in green.
Pretty soon you won’t only want to guess the word correctly, but home in on the right answer in just a couple of guesses.
Is word guessing not entirely your thing? Don’t worry, there are many Wordle alternatives to choose from. Heardle allows you to guess songs from short clips of their intros. Worldle is for geography nuts and Geoguesser fans, and LoLdle lets you whittle down the League of Legends roster to find the right Legend. Why not give one of them a shot?
