A new monster hunting action RPG arrives on the block in the form of Wild Hearts this week, giving gamers a new opportunity to hunt fantastic beasts in a fantasy word.
The game’s being developed by Omega Force, who are usually more known for action strategy fare such as Dynasty Warriors – so there’s plenty of eyes on this one as it makes a play for Capcom’s crown.

Wild Hearts release date
Wild Hearts is set to officially release on Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5 and PC on February 17, 2023.
The game will take players to the fictional village of Minato – a place you’ll be able to rest and gear up between hunts. It’s also where you’ll meet -and take missions from – the game’s cast of characters.
As for the hunting itself – you’ll be facing off against Kemono. These are giant monsters who have fused with nature itself to augment their abilities – for example, the Deathstalker – a giant wolf with the power of ice.
To do so, you’ll not only rely on your hunting skills – but also build traps and useful structures like crates, bulwarks, torches and even giant ballista-like weapons to help take the monsters down.
