MW2 finally gets its best weapon animation so far

Fans are loving the new weapon animation in Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone Season 5 Reloaded. The much-anticipated update is finally here and it comes with many new features that most players have been enjoying. 

Despite its many new features, the Season 5 Reloaded update size is infuriating for many players while some are unable to update the game in general. Those who have updated are loving the new weapon animation which we’ll be going over. 

Best weapon animation in MW2

After the Season 5 Reloaded update, Subreddit members of the official Modern Warfare 2 Reddit community are raving about the weapon animation for the newly added 9mm Daemon. 

One member ‘MrEpicFerret‘ posted a gameplay clip of the 9mm Daemon animation saying it is, “Probably the best weapon animation in the game.” Another user commented that, “The animation team definitely had fun with this one.” 

As seen in the gameplay clip, the weapon animation looks very cool which many of the Subreddit members have attributed to being the work of Ranon Sarono, a senior animator at Infinity Ward who’s commonly known as ‘Hyper’ on social media and YouTube. 

After one member ‘drrnvevo‘ commented that, “Hyper is definitely the only person that did every single animation in this game…”, Another member went as far as to say that the Infinity Ward animator is, “Doing God’s work.” 

However, Sarono himself with username ‘hyper-ranon’ later replied to a post praising him for working on the animation saying, “This was actually animated by Troy Irving. I only did the akimbo set of animations for this weapon.”
