TwitchCon 2016, which follows last year’s inaugural event, will take place between September 30 and October 2 at the San Diego Convention Center, Twitch has announced.
The event is dedicated to the culture and community of Twitch’s gaming and creative broadcasters, partners, developers, and viewers.
“Our amazing and passionate community of broadcasters, developers and fans made the first TwitchCon a massive success,” said Emmett Shear, CEO of Twitch. “This year, we will be expanding our footprint and building all new experiences to ensure TwitchCon 2016 is even more compelling.”
Last year’s event took place in September at San Francisco’s Moscone Center, attracting 20,000 people.
