Blizzard Entertainment mouthpiece Brandy Camel has revealed the studio has 'multiple' Diablo-related projects in the works.

While she didn't go into much detail as to what these might be (and made it clear some of them won't be here for a while), Camel was hopeful that Blizzard would be able to show something off later this year.

The news comes just a few months after the studio confirmed that it was indeed beavering away on a new Diablo title.

'We’d also like to let you know that the forges here at Blizzard are burning hot. And we have multiple Diablo projects in the works. Some of them are going to take longer than others. But we may have some things to show you later this year. We hope you stay tuned, while we work to bring these Diablo experiences to life. None of this would be possible without the support that you have shown us for over 20 years' said Camel (via PC Gamer).

BlizzCon would naturally be a fine stage to show off whatever Diablo title is coming next, although that's not happening until early November.

The most recent entry in the popular action-RPG series was 2014's Diablo III: Reaper of Souls – Ultimate Evil Edition. Try saying that five times fast.
