The Walking Dead will be back for a third season, Telltale Games has confirmed.
The news was announced by Telltale president Kevin Bruner and Walking Dead creator Robert Kirkman during a panel at San Diego Comic-Con, with Telltale Games posting this Tweet:

With Season Two of The Walking Dead still ongoing no official launch date was given. Episode Four: Amid the Ruins is the latest episode to release for Season Two, with no official word on Episode Five’s expected arrival.
As well as finishing off Season Two, Telltale Games is currently working on Tales from the Borderlands and an episodic spin-off for the popular Game of Thrones TV series.
