The Outer Worlds, the upcoming sci-fi role-playing adventure from Obsidian Entertainment, has been announced for Nintendo Switch in a partnership with developer Virtuos.

The game takes place in a far-flung corner of the galaxy, where the player character has just had an impromptu wake up call from hibernation on a lost colonist ship. 70 years out of date, the character is thrust into corporate conspiracies galore, the outcomes of which are determined by the choices players make and who their colonist becomes.

No release date has been revealed as yet, nor any technical specifications, but the highly-anticipated Fallout-in-space game beefs up the Switch’s catalogue with another big RPG title. The Outer Worlds for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC will arrive on October 25. Watch the Nintendo Switch announcement here.
