The Last of Us Remastered has gone gold ahead of next month’s launch, judging by a tweet from lead animator Mike Yosh.

The tweet, which was posted by Yosh overnight, shows a picture of a gold bar alongside hashtags for The Last of Us and PS4, and follows tweets from Naughty Dog staffers earlier in the month telling of how the studio had “worked hard” to ensure the game runs at a constant 60fps.

The Last of Us Remastered features the original game plus all of the previously released DLC, including multiplayer expansions and single-player add-on Left Behind, each remastered in full 1080p/60fps.

The game launches exclusively on PS4 on August 1.
