Dead By Daylight has had an excellent year so far, and fans are set to be treated to another fantastic spin-off. We’ve previously had Hooked On You, now the community is getting a cinematic single-player spin-off from Supermassive Games, the folks famous for Until Dawn and The Quarry. Here is the release date and time countdown for when The Casting of Frank Stone will come out, along with all of the pre-order bonuses for DBD.

The September 2024 roadmap for Dead By Daylight includes the return of Lights Out along with a host of new upcoming skin collections. In addition, a leak has revealed the release date for the return of the controversial Finisher Mori system, and leaks have also shared details about a new female killer for Chapter 34 to end the year.

While there is a lot to anticipate in the base DBD experience, fans of BeHaviour Interactive’s multiplayer gem should also look forward to The Casting of Frank Stone. The release date and time countdown is nearly over, and soon you will be able to play as a group of cinephile misfits, with the goal of either keeping them alive or pulling the strings of death if you so wish.

The Casting of Frank Stone release date

The release date for The Casting of Frank Stone is September 3rd. It is launching on PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC.

If you plan to play on PC, you can download the demo on Steam right now. This will allow you to play the prologue of the game. Unfortunately, this demo is not available on either PlayStation or Xbox.

It is basically the same type of game as Until Dawn, The Quarry, and the Dark Pictures Anthology. You play as a group of survivors individually at different times in the story, and you will be faced with choices to make that can either save the character or lead to their demise.

When does The Casting of Frank Stone come out?

The release time for when The Casting of Frank Stone will come out is 9AM PT/12PM ET/5PM BST on September 3rd.

This comes courtesy of the launch time shared on the PSN store. Of course, you can play on Xbox instead, and for PC you have the choice of either Steam or the Epic Games store.

We will update this article if anything changes.
