Publisher Take 2 has posted its most recent financials overnight, and aside from potential launch windows for GTA6, we also found out some other interesting info – including the fact that the company has a whopping 52 games on its slate.

In the slide referring to the company’s FY24 to F26 pipeline, the company notes a number of games releasing over the next couple of years – some of them known properties and announced, and some yet to be revealed. They include 17 ‘Immersive Core’ titles, which specifically include new entries in the NBA 2K and WWE 2K series – as well as Judas from Ghost Story Games, which was revealed back in December of last year.

A further 7 titles are ‘independent’ – from the company’s smaller Private Division label and also includes the recently announced collaboration with Pokémon creators Game Freak. Another 18 are mobile games, such as the upcoming Star Wars Hunters and, perhaps amusingly for those who suffered its many bugs, Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy – The Definitive Edition. Finally, there’s 4 of what 2K considers its ‘Mid-Core’ titles, including this week’s release of Lego 2K Drive and 6 ‘New Iterations of Previously Released Titles’ which apparently includes “ports and remastered titles” but not sequels.

Still, it’s a packed slate, and the publisher has certainly done very well for itself – increasing their net revenue by 56% to a whopping $1.45 billion dollars compared to $930 million in last year’s fourth quarter. Consume spending was up by 94% – with NBA 2K23, 2K22 and of course, GTA Online and GTA V being the biggest contributors.

As we head into announcement season, we’ll likely get to find out a few more of these 52 games – there’s the PlayStation Showcase next week, followed by the Summer Games Fest and the Xbox Showcase in June. So there’s plenty to look forward to.
