Gamasutra reports that LucasArts’ Star Wars: The Force Unleashed has now sold 5.7 million units worldwide since its September 2008 release. The Force Unleashed is now the fastest-selling game in the franchise’s history.
On release the game shifted 1.5 million copies in its first five days and the demo received over a million downloads on Xbox 360. It also became the most downloaded demo on PSN.
The game is available for Xbox 360, PS3, Wii, PS2, PSP, DS, iPhone, iPod Touch, N-Gage and other mobile platforms.
