Trophy tracking site, PSNProfiles, has seemingly listed all the trophies (and presumably, Achievements) for the upcoming South Park: The Fractured But Whole.
There’s obviously spoilers in there so approach with caution. There are some wonderful little rewards in here, though: use every toilet in the game and achieve the highest mastery in each nabs you a bronze, get a silver for keeping a party member alive after they lose all their health twice in combat, and killing an enemy by knocking another into them will grab you a silver.
