Sony has announced that it is offering 200 community members a seat at the E3 2012 conference, working on a first come, first served basis.

The offer, detailed on the US PlayStation Blog, lets consumers be part of the event that is usually strictly for members of the video game industry.

If you can’t get to LA on June 4, or simply don’t want to risk turning up and not getting a seat, Sony will also livestream the entire conference on the PlayStation Blog, PlayStation Home, PlayStation.com, through the Nico Nico app on the PS Vita, on Ustream, Google Plus and Facebook.
