Sony has announced that it is slashing the price off the PlayStation VR Starter Pack in Europe from tomorrow, March 29.

The virtual reality headset currently retails for 399 euros, but thanks to the impending price drop it’ll instead set you back 299 euros. If you’re in the UK, you’ll save a tidy 100 quid, with PSVR dropping from £349 to £249.

The Starter Pack includes the headset itself alongside a few other bits and bobs, such as the PlayStation Camera plus a download code for PlayStation VR Worlds. You’ll also be able to claim The Playroom VR, which is available free for every PSVR owner.

As we mentioned, the price cut does not go into effect until tomorrow, so if you were thinking of forking out for PSVR pretty sharpish you had better put your wallet away for another day.
