Developer Frogwares has offered up another peek at Sherlock Holmes: Chapter One in its latest trailer.

This time, we’re focused on the fact that the game will be a prologue adventure for the detective. This younger version of the world-famous detective has returned home to the island of Cordona to investigate his mother’s death.

Sherlock Holmes will be joined in his quest by childhood companion, Jon. He’s not the not-yet-great detective’s usual sidekick John Watson, but an entirely new mysterious character. He’ll be accompanying the investigation, but will he have skeletons of his own? (Probably, right?)

Those who decide to pick up the game early will be able to get their hands on a couple of bonuses in the Victorian Starter Pack. This includes a couple of dapper costumes for Sherlock Holmes, including a vampire-themed one. There’s also an exclusive ‘Lead Zepplin’ quest and 500 of the game’s in-game currency.

As an extra bonus, those early adopters will also get a copy of Sherlock Holmes: Crimes and Punishments for no extra cost. Developer Frogwares are also promising an extended gameplay stream broadcast tomorrow on their social accounts.

Check out the new trailer for yourself below. Sherlock Holmes: Chapter One launches on Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5 and PC on November 16. An Xbox One and PS4 version will also arrive at a later, TBA date.
