In Shadow of Aten you take the roll of adventurer Alan Scott who will go deep into the mysterious world of ancient Egypt. The game is set in 1930’s Egypt and revolves around an elaborate plot based on the worship of the god Aten.

The game is said to offer non-stop action, suspense and mystery, whilst providing an in-depth knowledge of ancient Egypt. As an adventurer you will have to pass through locations including the city of Cairo, the Valley of the Kings situated amongst the tombs of the pharaohs, and the Fayum oasis

Shadow of Aten will mix a blend of gameplay styles including action, platforming and puzzles, together with an open ended fighting system where anything goes. The game is currently planned for release on PC and Xbox 360, but not until Q4 2007, so a long wait is ahead. We will keep you posted on future updates.
