What makes this such a good deal is the fact that if your budget were $159.99, that would usually limit you to monitors that will be 1080p, but frankly, don’t look that great. The thing with the Samsung Odyssey line, as to why they’re usually more expensive, comes down to the build quality and design as well as their performance. The thin bezels may seem like a small detail, but they say a lot about how premium this monitor actually is. Sure, it only has 250 nit brightness and doesn’t feature HDR, but for those looking for a cheap, but good gaming monitor to play first-person shooters and other competitive titles – this would be a great one to go for.
