Rockstar has released a snazzy new 4K trailer for the upcoming remaster of L.A. Noire. The trailer gives us a look at plenty of sharp suits, slick hairdos, back-alleys, and shiny badges. Who wouldn’t want to see Cole Phelps berating someone as part of an apparently subtle interrogation in 4K?

The remaster has received a nice visual boost, and succeeds in retaining your memories of how the game looked with a helpful boost from modern tech. The game features enhanced lighting, new camera angles, and high resolution textures running at 1080p on PS4 and Xbox One. The game will even run in 4K on the PS4 Pro and Xbox One X consoles, which will make the already lively Los Angeles even more vibrant.

For its Nintendo Switch port, L.A. Noire comes with the full original game, alongside all of the additional DLC expansions. The Switch version also introduces gesture-based controls, HD rumble, ‘contextual touch-screen controls’ when playing in handheld mode, and two new camera angles: wide and over-the-shoulder. Now you can investigate in the park, down at the local Starbucks, or even in the khazi/loo/restroom.

L.A. Noire is out on Nintendo Switch, PS4, Xbox One and PC on November 14.
