Sony may have plans to bring PlayStation Vita Slim to the UK, judging by a media briefing invitation received by IGN.
The invitation asks media to join Sony next Thursday, January 30 and reads: “Following the biggest launch in PlayStation history, join us for an introduction to the slimmest”.
PlayStation Vita Slim first launched in Japan in October, coming in at 20 per cent thinner and 15 per cent lighter than the current PS Vita. It’s also available in a range of colours, including white, black, yellow and pink, features 1GB of on-board storage and offers improved battery life.
However, the console omits the regular Vita’s OLED screen, replacing it with a cheaper LCD display.
