Need For Speed: Rivals will render natively at 1080p on both Xbox One and PlayStation 4, EA appears to have confirmed.

EA community manager Jessica Damerst seemed to confirm the news in a comments thread on PlayStation Blog, telling a fan that they were "correct" for assuming that Rivals is 1080p 30FPS on both next-gen consoles.

Damerst also confirmed that there would not be a demo for the game, but pointed out that multiple gameplay videos will be available on YouTube. EA released two separate videos showing Xbox One and PS4 gameplay of Need For Speed: Rivals last week.

Need For Speed: Rivals joins FIFA 14, NBA 2K14, Kinect Sports Rivals, EA Sports UFC, Forza Motorsport 5 and Skylanders: Swap Force as being confirmed to render natively at 1080p on Xbox One.

In addition, retail launch titles Call of Duty: Ghosts, Killzone: Shadow Fall, Knack and Assassin's Creed 4: Black Flag will also render natively at 1080p on PS4.

Need For Speed: Rivals launches on Xbox One, Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC on November 22, and on PlayStation 4 on November 29.
