What is the NBA 2K23 Release Date?
NBA 2K23 is releasing this Friday, September 9 2022 and there is still time to pre-order! We’ll cover the pre order editions, their prices and more details!
It’s to be noted however, that no editions have early access unfortunately! Every edition will be available worldwide on the Friday.
Last year we saw early backers who bought the premium NBA 2K22 75th anniversary edition receive a long list of additional in-game currency cosmetics and cards.
Well, the pre-order bonuses look set to be fairly similar this time around, only with a greater focus on Michael Jordan.

NBA 2K23 CHAMPIONSHIP EDITION DIGITAL BONUS CONTENT*
The NBA 2K23 Championship Edition includes:

The NBA League Pass gives access to live games, replays, and highlights for every game. Moreover, there are also classic games on this service as well and it is available on most devices.
In short, a twelve month subscription included is a huge money saver for any NBA fans out there, and a great way to watch the sport if you struggle to access it. As a result, this makes the Championship Edition of the game quite good value.
NBA 2K23 DREAMER Edition
Adjoined with the different pre-order packages, revealed by 2K themselves on September 1st, 2022 was the announcement of the DREAMER Edition.
This edition however, will be a a Game Stop exclusive and is expected to be in retailers only.
The cover edition is described as follow:

2K did announce that there will be a WNBA 2K23 Edition featuring Diana Taurasi and Sue Bird on the cover. The pair have won 7 championships and 10 gold medals between them.
