NBA 2K23 is back with yet another ‘Shades Of’ pack and fans once again will have the chance to walk away with some elite diamond cards.
With NBA preseason well underway, NBA 2K23 MyTEAM has really begun to ramp up its pack drops and the ‘Shades Of’ program has led the charge every week, delivering a set of rookie evolve cards and NBA stars worth adding to your teams.
In every pack comes a set of six cards. In anticipation of the new season, there will always be three rookie sapphire cards in each pack, all of which will be able to evolve into low-tier 90 overalls. Along with the three rookies, come the three NBA stars they resemble, or in light of the pack, carry ‘shades of’ in their game.

NBA 2K23: Shades Of 4 Challenges
Every NBA 2K23 Shades Of pack comes with a three-part challenge. Each of the three challenges comes with their own reward. However, upon completing all three parts, fans will earn a free Shades Of 4 pack, granting them a chance at securing a diamond or rookie evolve player.

Shaun Livingston – Part 1
- Play Triple Threat game to 21 points on semi-pro
- Win the game
Jalen Green – Part 2
- Play Triple Threat game to 40 points on pro
- Win the game and record 5 threes and 5 dunks as a team
Khris Middleton – Part 3
- Play Triple Threat game to 60 points on all-star
- Win the game and make 10 three-point shots as a team.
