The Modern Warfare 3 beta is about to kick off, giving people their first taste of this year’s entry in the shooter franchise.
And with the MW3 beta start time not that far off, there’s more than a few fans who we’re sure would like to try the game for as long as possible ahead of its launch next month. While the beta will run across two weekends – one which is just a PS exclusive, the other for all formats – it’ll also have two days where only those who have early access to the beta will be able to get in. And while the MW3 pre-orders are the easiest way to secure your entry, there is another way you can nab yourself a code. That’s with us – as we’ve got several codes for the beta to giveaway to our readers.

Modern Warfare 3 beta code giveaway
We’ve got five (count ’em) beta codes up for grabs. All you need to do is follow the steps below.
The codes we have on offer aren’t tied to any platform, and can be used on PlayStation, Xbox or PC. All you’ll need to do should you win is head to the Call of Duty beta redeem website, and then link it to your Call of Duty account. There, you can pick which format you intend to play the beta on, and they’ll send you a specific code via email to download the beta on the format of your choice.
Bear in mind, that if you’re not on PlayStation, you’ll still have to wait until the multi-format beta starts on Thursday, October 12 before you can play. If you do have a PlayStation, you’ll be able to begin playing the beta from this Friday, October 6.
Once you’re playing, you’ll find five MW3 beta maps to play with in multiplayer, taken from the total of 16 remastered MW2 2009 maps that form part of the complete MW3 map list. Bear in mind that any progression you make in the MW3 beta won’t carry over to the full release of MW3.
