The follow-up to Curiosity – renamed Curiosity: What’s inside the Cube last week after legal issues related to the Mars Rover – will be titled Cooperation, Peter Molyneux has revealed.

The second game from Molyneux’s 22 Cans team remains highly secretive, but the ever ambitious game creator is already making some very bold claims.

“If you think of (Curiosity) being the biggest mystery posted to the digital world, Cooperation is the biggest cooperative effort the world has ever known,” Molyneux told Polygon.

“Cooperation is very, very different, maybe it’s not a game, or maybe you’d call it a social game.”

Tug of War is said to be the inspiration behind Cooperation.

Curiosity: What’s inside the Cube will be released in September.
