4A Games is continuing its barrage of Metro Exodus weapons videos, with the latest post-apocalyptic helping shining the spotlight on the shotgun class. You can't go wrong with a shotgun; it isn't nicknamed the boomstick for nothing, after all.
Metro Exodus has plenty of them, too. There's the A-shot, which is your standard shotgun featuring a single barrel; powerful, but slow to reload. This can be upgraded with another barrel, creating the Duplet, giving you additional firepower.
Clearly this wasn't enough however, as players can also buff it even further to four barrels, creating the deadly Quartet. Elsewhere, the Spartan order have created an automatic weapon known as the Shambler, which proves highly effective in close proximity and features a number of worthwhile upgrades.
