Solid Snake is back with remasters of one of the greatest video game trilogies of all time. The Metal Gear Solid Master Collection Vol 1 release date and time countdown is nearly over, and soon all of us fans will be able to return to the world of the PS1 and PS2 masterpieces.

We’ve had a hands on with the Metal Gear Solid Master Collection on PS5, though this is also the first time fans on PC will get to enjoy the original trilogy. The package includes arguably the best of the series, Snake Eater, yet fans will want to remember that a full remake of Metal Gear Solid 3 is coming to PC, Xbox, and PS5 in the future. This upcoming remake is a complete graphical overhaul rather than simply enhanced visuals and gameplay.

While we cannot wait for the MGS3 remake, Konami is releasing their first remastered collection tomorrow.

The release date and time for when the Metal Gear Solid Vol 1 Master Collection will come out is 12 AM PT/ 3 AM ET/ 8 AM BST on October 24th. These launch hours come courtesy of the PSN store countdown. The Steam and Microsoft store countdowns suggest it will launch at the same hours across PlayStation, PC, and Xbox.
