Triplevision Games and Graffiti Games have announced that their game Mable & The Wood will be coming to Xbox One and Nintendo Switch in October.
A metroidvania set in an apocalyptic world, Mable & The Wood follows an ancient prophecy. It states that Mabel will hunt down the great beasts and assume their shape, thereby wielding their arcane powers to avert doomsday. Mabel carries a sword that is too heavy for her to lift; to move, she transforms into a fairy and calls the sword into her hand, cutting down anything standing in her way. The cult want Mabel to fulfil her destiny, but Mable & The Wood offers multiple endings wherein no one has to die to save the world.
Mable & The Wood will launch for Xbox One on September 18 and Nintendo Switch on October 10. Watch the announcement trailer below.
