Kanye West has revealed that he is making a video game about his mother passing through the Gates of Heaven.
The hip hop star announced the game during an appearance on American radio station Power 105.1 last week, revealing that the game has already been in development for 6 months.
“Right now I’m working on a video game for Only One, and the idea is it’s my mother going through the Gates of Heaven and you got to bring her to the highest Gates of Heaven by holding her to the light,” West said. “We’ve been working on it for like 6 months.”
Kanye West is the latest celebrity to sign up for a video game, following in the footsteps of wife Kim Kardashian and Lindsay Lohan.
Kim Kardashian: Hollywood, a smartphone game that sees players attempting to become a Hollywood star, is reported to have earned over $43m in the three months following its launch last summer.
