A new entry in Sony’s survival horror series Siren is in development for PlayStation 4.

Reference to the unannounced game was tucked away in a press release from PlayStation Romania highlighting this Friday’s European launch of PS4, alongside previously announced games The Order: 1886 and Infamous: Second Son.

“PlayStation 4 will feature a variety of games available since its launch,” read the press release (translated by Google Translate). “Among the platform exclusive titles are: Killzone: Shadow Fall, the latest game world successful franchise, developed by Guerrilla Games, or the knack project platformer Mark Cerny, one of the most influential developers in the industry.

“Furthermore, Sony Computer Entertainment studios around the world are working to develop more than 30 titles such as InFamous: Second Son, The Order: 1886, Siren, Hell Divers, Shadow of the Beast and Everybody’s Gone to The Rapture. Of these 20 games will be available in the first year since its launch, and 12 are not part of existing series.”

The press release offers no indication as to when the game is due or when we’ll hear the first details.

Developed by Japanese studio Project Siren, Siren hasn’t been seen since 2008 re-imagining Siren: Blood Curse.
