Coming from Hoyoverse, Honkai Star Rail is another one of the most popular gacha games on the market. Right now it is considered third behind Hoyoverse’s other IPs, Genshin Impact and Zenless Zone Zero, but it is still insanely popular. HSR update 2.4 has only just begun, but leaks have already emerged for 2.5. These Honkai Star Rail leaks including “amazing” skills and abilities for a new 2.5 playable character.

As mentioned, HSR update 2.4 has just begun, and the banner characters are Yunli and Jiaoqiu. The gacha games July 2024 revenue report has shown decreased earnings for HSR compared to June, so hopefully revenue will be back up following the beginning of 2.4. While 2.5 is planned to come out in September, fans of Hoyoverse have Genshin Impact 5.0 to anticipate this August.

Fans are appreciative of Yunli and Jiaoqiu for update 2.4, but fans are always looking ahead to the future to see who is worth pulling. One of the leaked new playable characters for Honkai Star Rail update 2.5 is Moze, and they reportedly have a kit full of “amazing” skills and abilities.

Honkai Star Rail Moze skills and abilities leak for update 2.5

Moze is one of the leaked new playable characters for Honkai Star Rail update 2.5. According to reliable leaker, Razor_Language, Moze is a 4 star rarity and has an “amazing unit”.

Moze is a Hunt character that deals damage as expected, but he also provides “a lot of different things in form of debuffs, which makes him a hybrid of DPS and also Nihility unit”. Below is a list of skills and abilities Moze possesses:

  • 40% Increased Crit damage taken debuff on an enemy.
  • 25% Increased Follow up damage taken debuff on an enemy.
  • ‘Coordinated attack’ by 30% of his attack whenever ally hit an enemy marked by him.
  • He vanishes from field.
  • Recover 1 Skill Point everytime he launch a Follow Up Attack, 1 turn cooldown.

In addition, Razor_Language has also revealed his “favorite passive of him”. The passive is as follows:

“Moze’s Action is Advanced Forward by 30% when his Departed status is dispelled. If Moze’s current Charge equals 4 or greater, then his action will instead be Advanced Forward by 60%.”

The Twitter thread is concluded with the sentiment that “His kit is very unique and I love it, it might not translate to downright the best for X or Y, but his uniqueness puts a variety on how we build our teams and that’s very fun”.

One user replied saying, “Key phrase ‘E6 MOZE’ until then bench,” to which Rajor replied, “For e0, half the number for point number 1, remove point number 2. The rest is e0 kit”.
