HMV will begin accepting gift vouchers again from tomorrow.

The troubled retailer stopped accepting gift vouchers as a result of entering administration last week.

However, "after assessing HMV's financial position", administrator Deloitte (via the BBC) says that it will be able to honour gift vouchers again.

HMV's decision to stop accepting gift vouchers angered customers left with unspent credit, with one Conservative MP suggesting that the firm could have committed offences against the Theft Act.
