Publisher tinyBuild Games has announced that stealth action game Hello Neighbour 2 will arrive on December 6.
The game is the follow-up to the 2017 original stealth-action title. You’re playing as a journalist who’s investigating their creepy neighbour who returns from the first game, but this time you won’t just be skulking around his house. Rather, this follow up sees you exploring the entire town of Raven Brooks that’s hiding a dark secret.
Along with the larger playground come more AI characters joining the titular Neighbour. Like him, they’ll all be controlled by a dynamic AI that’s said to learn from the player’s actions. They’ll be trying to stop you from uncovering their secrets and exposing the truth behind the mysterious disappearance of a young boy from the first game.
The game is also getting a Closed Beta, which has launched this week. Those who pre-order the game as of now can play a spoiler-free ‘Encapsulated’ experience, with many of the sequel’s new features. In addition, anyone who opts for the game’s Deluxe Edition will also get three new DLCs on the game’s launch this December, alongside 5 days of Early Access.
