A lot is happening in the world of Helldivers 2. The release date for the next Warbond has been confirmed, along with exciting new weapons and armor part of the package. Meanwhile, we are also anticipating a new update anytime now. While all of this exciting, Arrowhead CEO previously warned Super Earth Soldiers will “s**t [their] pants” over what’s to come. Now, a mysterious stream has started online, and the CEO has asked if Helldivers 2 players have “got their toilet paper ready”.
Mysterious Helldivers 2 stream starts online
A mysterious Helldivers 2 stream has started online. It’s from a newly created YouTube channel called Station-81, and the stream is titled, “STATION-81 // OFFLINE _ [ REBOOT]”. As of writing, the stream is nothing but authentications happening and failing every 30 seconds, but it appears something big is on the cusp.
Before the stream appeared online, Arrowhead CEO, Shams Jorjani, asked “Everyone got their toilet paper ready?”. This was a joke in reference to them warning HD2 soldiers will soil their pants over what’s to come beyond just the Warbond.
The mysterious stream was posted on Discord along with the following message:
- [AUTH] OK
- $SATCOM//> DETAILS>STDOUT
- MODE: DEBUG STATION 81 OFFLINE REBOOT
- DIRECTION: DATABLOCK RECALIBRATION REQUIRED
In response to the stream, prominent leaker, Iron_S1ghts, teased “It begins”. There’s no further elaboration from the leaker, but everyone is anticipating something big.
Just recently, the leaker revealed that there are “undergoing tests for an Illuminate invasion” at the location of the upcoming “singularity party”. This party is scheduled for May 13th, so it seems something major is about to happen, and that Super Earth Soldiers should brace themselves.
