If a post accidentally posted and deleted by PlayStation Czech Republic is accurate, there should be the next major update for Helldivers 2 on May 20th called Heart of Democracy. This isn’t official as of writing, but previously leaker Iron_S1ghts revealed that a new car could be getting added “pretty close in the future,” pointing to the possibility of May 20th. This isn’t official, but now a Helldivers 2 leak has showed images of a huge new car with “fully working driving animations”.
Helldivers 2 leak shows new car
On the helldiversleaks subreddit, OP, Asunderknight, shared images of a leaked vehicle called “The Cargo Car”. There are three images in total showing it from the sides and from the top.
Not much is revealed about the vehicle, but the OP said, “it has fully working animations and has driving animations so it could potentially be drivable”. While there is the potential for it to be driveable, there is also the possibility it could instead be driven by AI, but it’s unknown as of writing.
In addition to the helldiversleaks subreddit, the leaked Cargo Car was shared on X by YouTuber Thordan Smash, and reposted by Iron_S1ghts. Again, nothing is official, but there is the chance this vehicle could be getting added on May 20th or sometime pretty close in the future.
We don’t know anything else about the vehicle, but in the replies on Reddit, players are speculating that it could possibly be used for a “mission like the first game,” maybe something such as “protect and escort the cargo”. However, this is pure speculation rather than anything datamined.
