Codemasters has released a playable demo of its multi-disciplined racing title, Race Driver: GRID, for PC.
You’ll find a bunch of download mirrors over on the Codemasters website, along with all the info you need to know on the demo’s technical requirements and known issues.
The demo features plenty to get on with, offering race fans the chance to drive a Ford Mustang GT-R on the streets of San Francisco in the eBay Motors Muscle Cup, take control of a Nissan S15 Silvia in the Advan Drift Trophy at Yokohama Docks, and get behind the wheel of a BMW 320si touring car around the hairpins of the Jarama circuit in Spain.
Unfortunately the PC demo doesn’t feature the same competition to win a real BMW that is currently taking place for players of the Xbox 360 and PS3 demos.
Race Driver: GRID will be released for Xbox 360, PS3 and PC on May 30, with the DS version to follow in June.
