Grand Theft Auto 5 Premium Online Edition is now available to grab at retailers for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, developer Rockstar Games has announced.

The re-release of the critically acclaimed crime juggernaut bundles GTA 5 and GTA Online with the Criminal Enterprise Starter Pack, which means you get a wealth of additional content such as the Doomsday Heist, Gunrunning, Smuggler's Run, and Bikers, plus all the general updates and improvements that GTA Online has seen to date.

The Criminal Enterprise Starter Pack meanwhile gives you a headstart on climbing the greasy pole to mega-crime boss status, awarding you a bonus GTA$1,000,000, plus access to a bunch of properties, vehicles, weapons, and clothing.

While the physical release is out now for consoles, Rockstar will launch the Premium Online Edition as a digital download for PS4, PC, and Xbox One next week. You may recall that this version of the game was leaked earlier this year, so it's probably not all that surprising it's now officially happening.

Grand Theft Auto 5 was released in September 2013 originally for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360, and has gone on to sell over 90 million copies worldwide to date. The game was recently named the most profitable entertainment release of all time, so suffice to say it's done rather well.
