Available, initially, only as audio during the live stream of the ‘Good Omens’ Season 2 New York Comic Panel over the past weekend. Prime Video have now officially released the video of series stars, Michael Sheen, David Tennant, and Jon Hamm, calling in to the panel via Zoom to discuss the upcoming season.
And, for fans of Sheen and Tennant’s hit BBC series, ‘Staged’, the set up and humour of this “call” will be incredibly familiar as it sees Sheen, Tennant, and Hamm, reprising the exaggerated versions of themselves that they played throughout ‘Staged’:

News has just come from the series’ New York Comic Con panel confirming that season 2 will be released on Prime Video in Summer 2023.

No official release date has been confirmed yet for the second season, although with filming wrapped on the season, and an upcoming panel at this year’s New York Comic Con. There is a high likelihood that the season will debut worldwide in 2023.
Where can I watch Season 2?
As the show is an Amazon Original, like Season 1 (which is currently available to new and existing Prime Video subscribers), Season 2 will be released exclusively worldwide on Prime Video for Prime Video subscribers.
What is the story of ‘Good Omens’ Season 2?
‘Good Omens’ co-creator and series showrunner, Neil Gaiman, has said that the second season will explore the story intended for the ‘Good Omens’ sequel novel that he and Terry Pratchett were working on before Pratchett’s passing in 2015.
Elaborating further on this, Prime Video confirmed in their press release announcing the second season that:
“The new season will explore storylines that go beyond the original source material to illuminate the uncanny friendship between Aziraphale, a fussy angel and rare book dealer, and the fast-living demon Crowley. Having been on Earth since The Beginning and with the Apocalypse thwarted, Aziraphale and Crowley are getting back to easy living amongst mortals in London’s Soho when an unexpected messenger presents a surprising mystery.“
