Goldeneye 007 Nintendo Switch Predicted Download Size

We expect the download size for Goldeneye 007 on the Nintendo Switch to be around 15-20 MB. Unfortunately, no official announcement has been made by Nintendo yet regarding its actual file size. However, N64 titles have always taken up the least amount of storage possible as they’re only limited to less than 64MB.

The file size for the classic title released in 1997 was originally 12MB. With the improvements that Nintendo and Xbox have made, though, it will most likely take a little bit more storage space than it did on the N64.

Some of the enhancements that have been made to the revamped entry include 4K resolution, a smoother framerate, new achievements, and a four-player split-screen to make it more palatable for modern gamers. It’s worth noting, though, that only Xbox players will be able to make use of the new online multiplayer feature. Switch users can only make use of its local and split-screen options.

With the game being one of the most universally loved and widely praised titles of all time, these upgrades will only serve to improve its standing with those in the community.
